A total of 27 out of the 38 teams set to participate in the first two draws of the UEFA Champions League’s Champions Path have already been confirmed.
23 clubs from the First Qualifying Round and 4 from the Second Qualifying Round — who enter the competition directly — are already known, Idman.biz reports.
Azerbaijani champions Qarabag are among the seeded teams starting from the Second Qualifying Round. Managed by Gurban Gurbanov, the team will avoid the First Round and will be placed in the seeded pot during the draw.
Qarabag’s possible opponents will mainly be the winners of First Qualifying Round ties. These include matchups involving Lincoln (Gibraltar), KuPS (Finland), TNS (Wales), Drita (Kosovo), Breidablik (Iceland), and Linfield (Northern Ireland).
