A visit of the children of the martyrs to the city of Khankendi was organized under the joint organization of the YASHAT Foundation, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Professional Football League.
Idman.biz reports that 25 children of martyrs aged 7-12 went to Khankendi together with the representatives of the YASHAT Foundation to watch the game of the 1/8 final stage of the Azerbaijan Cup between Qarabag and MOIK.
On September 19 of this year, the children of heroes who were martyred during the local anti-terrorist measures appeared together with the football players before the historic meeting, and then watched the match from the stands.
It should be noted that this was the first official football match held in the liberated part of the Qarabag region after a 30-year break. The representative of Aghdam won with a score of 1:0.
