The 27-year-old Nasibov, who represents the Ukrainian national team, has won silver medals at both the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games. He has also claimed two bronze medals at the European Championships.
In the final of Paris 2024, Parviz defeated Azerbaijani national team wrestler Hasrat Jafarov.
