He evaluated the training camp organized in Goygol before the Paris-2024 Summer Olympic Games. An experienced specialist told the press service of the federation that this is one of the stages of preparation for the Olympics: "Therefore, these exercises include general physical and, in addition, preparation on the mat. The next training camp will take place in Vladikavkaz at approximately the same level. 6 teams from other countries will also participate here. There will be more mat exercises and core exercises needed for a wrestler. Of course, we will also include some physical training. But mostly it will be mat exercises. Almost all licensees will participate in the base of the Russian national team. That's why everything is going according to plan."
According to him, the wrestlers are in good form: "They train with high spirits. The conditions here are excellent. There are six mattresses. No one is hurting anyone, training is going smoothly. The nutrition is excellent. So there is nothing to complain about. Of course, the most important issue at the moment is this preparation and its injury-free passage. Everything else is great. Therefore, I hope that everything will be as it should be. We are working, and athletes are also working to show high results. We are all rooting for a good result. Therefore, we are very grateful to the leadership of the federation. They created all the necessary conditions for us to prepare and show high results. Because of all this, we expect good results from them."
