Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has refused to allow the Catalan club's doctors into his home following the surgery he underwent in Bordeaux.
Idman.biz, citing Sport.es, reports that after returning to Barcelona, the club’s medical staff expressed a desire to visit ter Stegen’s private residence to personally assess his recovery progress. However, the goalkeeper categorically refused. He made it clear that under no circumstances would he allow the club doctors into his home to check on his health.
Nevertheless, the player continues to follow the prescribed rehabilitation plan and regularly appears at the club’s training ground. Everything is proceeding according to schedule and without violations, but strictly on club premises.
Earlier, the Blaugrana officially announced that the German player had been stripped of the captain's armband due to a disciplinary investigation.
