Real Madrid make decision on Rodrygo's future

Real Madrid have made a decision regarding the future of Brazilian forward Rodrygo, according to Apuestas Online.

As reported by İdman.Biz, the Spanish club have already informed the player's representatives that they will not consider loan offers during the January transfer window.

The 25-year-old attacker is reportedly in the final stages of recovery from a serious knee injury that forced him to miss the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Real Madrid's coaching staff, led by José Mourinho, have made it clear that Rodrygo is expected to regain full fitness ahead of the second half of the season. The club reportedly intends to keep the Brazilian in its squad rather than allow him to leave on a temporary deal.

Rodrygo suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and a lateral meniscus tear in his right knee on March 2 during Real Madrid's 1-0 defeat to Getafe in the 26th round of La Liga.

The injury sidelined the Brazilian international for several months and prevented him from representing his country at the World Cup.

Last season, Rodrygo registered three goals and six assists in 27 appearances for Real Madrid across all competitions.

The forward's return could provide Mourinho with an additional attacking option as Real Madrid prepare for the decisive stages of the 2026/27 campaign.
