Argentina head coach Lionel Scaloni has praised his players’ attitude following a convincing 4-0 victory over Bolivia in a friendly match.
As reported by İdman.Biz, Scaloni was particularly pleased with the approach of the more experienced members of the squad and the enthusiasm shown by the younger players.
“I like the way the players approach matches, especially those who have been with the team for a long time. Everyone comes here with a sense of joy, and they show it when they step onto the pitch.
“It was very nice to see the young players enjoying themselves and singing the anthem together with the rest of the team,” Scaloni was quoted as saying by the Argentina national team’s press service on X.
The reigning world champions will continue their friendly programme against Burkina Faso on October 4 before facing Benin on October 7.
The match against Benin is expected to be Lionel Messi’s final appearance for Argentina, adding extra significance to the Albiceleste’s upcoming fixture.
