Manchester United are planning to spend heavily to strengthen their squad next summer, with Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams emerging as one of their main transfer targets.
As reported by İdman.Biz, citing The Telegraph, the English club are considering a move for the Spain international.
According to the report, Manchester United are ready to pay €95 million for the 24-year-old winger. The figure corresponds to the release clause in Williams' contract with Athletic Bilbao.
The Premier League side are reportedly in a position to meet the asking price and would have no problem activating the €95 million clause if they decide to pursue the transfer.
Williams has made six appearances in La Liga this season, scoring one goal.
