The English Premier League leads Europe's top five championships for the number of players called up to national teams during the current international break.
As reported by İdman.Biz, according to published statistics, 225 players from Premier League clubs have joined various national team camps.
Italy's Serie A ranks second on the list, with 160 players receiving international call-ups. Football Italia has also reported that 160 Serie A players joined senior national teams for the September-October international window.
The Bundesliga is third with 134 players, followed by Ligue 1 with 118 and La Liga with 96.
