The 2028 final will take place at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.
Camp Nou faced competition from London's Wembley Stadium for the right to host the 2029 final, while Munich was the only candidate for the 2028 showpiece.
The decision means Barcelona will welcome Europe's biggest club match to the renovated Camp Nou, while Munich will once again stage a Champions League final at the Allianz Arena.
The venue for the 2027 Champions League final had already been confirmed. The match will be played at the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, Spain, on June 5, 2027.
