Santos equalised in the 68th minute when Alvaro Barreal found the net following an assist from Neymar.
Mirassol were reduced to 10 men five minutes later after midfielder Wallisson was sent off. Despite their numerical advantage, Santos were unable to score a winner.
The teams eventually shared the points, with the match ending 1-1.
