Former Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets has returned to the Catalan club.
Idman.Biz reports that the 38-year-old Spaniard has joined Juliano Belletti's coaching staff at Barca Atletic, Barcelona's reserve team.
At the same time, Busquets is studying to obtain an official UEFA coaching licence as he begins a new stage of his career.
The former Spain international spent 18 years in Barcelona's system, from 2005 until his departure in 2023.
Busquets made 722 appearances for Barcelona's first team, scoring 18 goals and providing 46 assists. During his long spell at the club, he established himself as one of the key figures of a highly successful era and won numerous major trophies.
He will now continue his development at the club in a coaching role.
