Al-Nassr have strengthened their squad with the signing of another Portuguese player, bringing in midfielder Samu Costa from Mallorca. As reported by İdman.Biz, the 25-year-old has completed his move to the Saudi Pro League side, with the transfer confirmed by both clubs.
Costa had been playing for Mallorca since 2023. During the 2025/26 season, he made 36 appearances in all competitions, scoring seven goals and providing two assists. In La Liga, the Portuguese midfielder featured in 34 matches, netting seven times.
He is also a Portugal international and was part of the squad at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where he featured in the group-stage match against Colombia.
Costa becomes the third Portuguese player in the Al-Nassr squad, joining Cristiano Ronaldo and João Félix. He is expected to play as a defensive midfielder in the starting lineup.
According to Spanish media reports, the transfer fee is believed to be around €22 million.
The 25-year-old began his professional career at Braga before moving to Almería, and later joining Mallorca in 2023.
