A supporter of English club Norwich has died after feeling unwell during the FA Cup round of 32 match against Walsall.
According to Idman.Biz, citing the club’s press service, the tragedy occurred after the final whistle. In an official statement, Norwich expressed condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased. “We are deeply saddened by the news of the death of our supporter following the FA Cup match. Norwich extends its sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased during this extremely difficult time,” the statement said.
The match took place on January 11, with Norwich securing a convincing 5:1 home victory over Walsall.
