Bronze medalist of the Azerbaijan men’s volleyball championship, “Khilasedici,” has started strengthening its squad.
The team has signed Roman Gurskiy, the setter of the Azerbaijan national team, Idman.biz reports.
He spent last season playing for “Greenplan” in the Hungarian championship and previously played for Moscow CSKA and, in the 2021/22 season, for “Murov.”
Khilasedici, the winner of the Azerbaijan Cup, will also compete in European cups in the new season. The club will participate in the Challenge Cup tournament.
The bronze medalist had earlier strengthened its squad by signing our national team captain, Vugar Bayramov.
