Idman.biz, citing Report news agency, reports that Azerbaijani women’s volleyball clubs will not participate in European competitions this season.
The information was confirmed by the clubs that won medals in last season’s Azerbaijan Women's Super League.
Azerrail were crowned champions, Absheron took silver, and the National Aviation Academy won bronze.
In the men's category, Azerrail, who won the gold medal last season, will compete in the CEV Champions League, while Khilasedici VC, who finished with bronze, will take part in the Challenge Cup.
