Speaking to journalists after the official presentation of DH Volley Baku, team captain Aynur Imanova shared her thoughts on joining the newly established club, Idman.biz reports.
Imanova expressed her excitement about this new chapter in her career:
“It’s encouraging to see another volleyball team being established. I received the offer mid-season. As you know, I’ve played for Azeryol for the past three years. I accepted this offer because I wanted a change in my career. Winning the championship is our main goal, and I’ll do my best to contribute to that success.”
DH Volley Baku is set to make its debut in the Women’s Super League next season.
