Azerbaijani referee receives CEV appointment

Azerbaijan’s international volleyball referee Zaur Hajiyev has received an appointment from the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV).

Idman.Biz, citing the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF), reports that he will officiate at the Eastern European Volleyball Zonal Association (EEVZA) Championship for boys under 18.

The tournament will take place on November 20–23 in Daugavpils, Latvia.

National teams from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, and Poland will compete in the event.
