For the first time in Azerbaijan, the national championship in snooker was held, organized by the Azerbaijan Billiards Federation (ABF) with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The tournament took place at the Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex, with Orkhan Rzayev emerging as the champion, Idman.biz reports.
Fakhraddin Hasanov won the silver medal, while Turaj Namazov and Azer Rzayev claimed bronze.
