Azerbaijan’s Beyrak Baghirov wins bronze at European Savate Championship - PHOTO

The European “Savate Assault” Championship was held in Weiz, Austria.

Azerbaijani athlete (savate) Beyrak Baghirov (85 kg) won a bronze medal at the competition, Idman.biz reports.

He defeated representatives of Ukraine and Slovenia in the group stage to advance to the semifinals. In this round, he lost to his French opponent and concluded the continental championship with a bronze medal.
