Ayan Khankishiyeva has successfully completed the International Coaching Enrichment Certification Program (ICECP), funded by the Olympic Solidarity Fund and implemented by the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee through the mediation of the Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee.
Since April 8, 2024, Ayan has participated in international training sessions held in various U.S. states and in Lausanne, Switzerland.
She has become the first Azerbaijani coach to receive a Safe Sport certificate within the ICECP framework.
