Azerbaijan’s bodybuilding team has secured its first medals at the European Championship underway in Santa Susanna, Spain.
According to Idman.biz, on the opening day of the event, the team claimed two gold, one silver, and three bronze medals.
Tarlan Aliyev made headlines by winning gold in both the junior and senior “Men’s Physique” categories, earning a remarkable double victory.
In the same competition, Ahmad Guluzada climbed the podium twice, taking silver among juniors and bronze among seniors.
Meanwhile, Shirin Orujov finished third in another height category of the “Men’s Physique” division, and Ilyas Abdullayev secured a bronze medal in classic bodybuilding.
