A tragedy has struck the world of motorsport, claiming the life of 21-year-old French rider Raphael Cholé.
According to İdman.Biz, citing MotorcycleSports.net, the fatal incident occurred on January 12 during an off-road racing event held in the French commune of Graissessac. While attempting to clear an artificial jump on the track, Cholé lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. At that moment, he was hit by another rider, suffering severe injuries.
Medical staff provided immediate assistance at the scene before transporting the rider to hospital. Despite the efforts of doctors, Raphael Cholé succumbed to his injuries.
