“We began preparing for the World Championship two years ago,” said Azer Magerramov, Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, in an interview with Idman.Biz.
He noted that the national team went to the World Championship fully prepared and has already achieved success: “We already have several medals, and I believe their number will continue to grow. I myself am a European and World Champion, have won two golds here, and am aiming for a third. Our federation’s goal is to strengthen Azerbaijan’s position on the international sports stage,” Magerramov added.
