"Khankendi Stadium will be fully ready in January next year."
This was stated by Youth and Sports Minister Farid Gayibov during a briefing held in Khankendi as part of the 3rd CIS Games, in response to a question from an AzPost correspondent.
The minister noted that renovation work is currently ongoing at the stadium. “As you know, this stadium was built 50 years ago and needed major repairs. Work is ongoing, and as I mentioned, it will be fully handed over in January next year.”
