Idman.biz, citing the “Ъ” portal, reports that the application will be reviewed on September 10 at the Alekseyevsky District Court in Belgorod Oblast.
Ivan Emelianenko’s imprisonment was due to a street fight that occurred on August 5 last year. During the incident, he broke a man’s facial bones.
