The Azerbaijani Judo Federation (AJF) Referees Committee organized a practical seminar for referees at the National Teams Training Center.
Idman.biz, citing the AJF press service, reports that the seminar evaluated the final preparation level of referees for the 3rd round of the U-14 and U-17 League competitions.
The seminar also included a detailed explanation of "false attacks," commonly encountered in many matches, with practical exercises based on real examples.
Led by AJF President’s advisor Natig Bagirov and AJF referee manager, “A” category international referee Metin Rahimli, the seminar aimed to strengthen referees’ knowledge and skills and provide additional preparation for upcoming competitions.
In addition to the main team of referees, referee candidates selected by the AJF also participated in the training sessions.
