Within the framework of the International Judo Federation (IJF) Academy’s coaching certification program, a seminar on “nage-no-kata” was held.
The seminar was led by Slavisa Bradic, the education director of the IJF Academy and chief kata commissioner of the European Judo Union, Idman.biz reports.
During the training, participants were thoroughly explained the theoretical foundations, technical execution rules, and teaching methodology of “nage-no-kata.” In practical sessions, coaches performed movement sequences and received recommendations to improve technical precision and address challenges encountered in teaching kata.
