Azerbaijan’s junior judo team is set to begin its participation in the European Cup held in Skopje, North Macedonia.
According to Idman.biz, five of our athletes will take to the tatami on the first day of the competition, Nihad Mamishov and Farid Garayev (both in the 60 kg category), Mehdi Musayev and Nizami Imranov (both in the 66 kg category), and Abil Yusubov (73 kg).
A total of 241 judokas from 26 countries are taking part in the European Cup for juniors.
