The Azerbaijan national team has concluded the judo competitions at the 18th European Youth Summer Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Skopje, North Macedonia, with a total of 8 medals.

In the 90 kg weight category, Subhan Akhundov defeated Czech athlete Melichar Skoda with a waza-ari point in the bronze medal match to claim third place.
In total, the Azerbaijani team won 3 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals, becoming the overall team champion of the judo competitions at the 18th EYOF.
Earlier at EYOF, judokas Gulshan Huseynova (44 kg), Rza Khalilli (50 kg), and Rasul Alizada (55 kg) won gold medals, while Nurana Hajizade (48 kg) and Zeyd Alasgarov (60 kg) secured silver, and Aysun Mammadova (52 kg) and Mahammad Agakishiyev (73 kg) took bronze.
