The Azerbaijani national team has won three gold medals at the 18th European Youth Summer Olympic Festival (EYOF).
Idman.biz, citing the National Olympic Committee, reports that the medals were claimed by Azerbaijani judokas.
In the boys' competition, Rza Khalilli (50 kg) and Rasul Alizada (55 kg) both won their final matches to stand at the top of the podium.
In the girls' event, Gulshan Huseynova (44 kg) defeated Israeli Yuval Gabay in the final to claim the gold medal.
