The World Judo Championship continues in Budapest, Hungary.
Two more Azerbaijani athletes competed today, Idman.biz reports.

Vugar Talibov fought Luka Maisuradze of Georgia in the round of 32 but was defeated.
Eljan Hajiyev, who was exempt from the first round, won his round of 16 match against Nurbek Murtozoev from Uzbekistan. He then defeated Peng-Yu Chen of Chinese Taipei in the next bout. In the quarterfinals, Hajiyev faced Adam Kopeski from the Czech Republic and emerged victorious.
In the semifinals, Eljan went head-to-head with Japan’s Goki Tajima but unfortunately couldn’t continue his winning streak. He will now compete for the bronze medal against Kristofer Kalyulay of Estonia.
So far, the Azerbaijani team has celebrated a bronze medal thanks to Zelim Tchakaev in the 81 kg category.
