The FIG World Cup 2025 Burgas will kick off on May 30 in Bulgaria.
The Azerbaijani national acrobatic gymnastics team will also compete in the event, Idman.biz reports.
Several duets and groups will represent Azerbaijan:
Duets: Agasif Rahimov and Raziya Seyidli, Milana Aliyeva and Sabir Agayev, Murad Rafiyev and Daniel Abbasov
Group: Rasul Seyidli, Riad Safarov, Seymur Jafarov and Abdulla Al-Mashaykhi
Trio: Nazrin Zeyniyeva, Anahita Bashirli and Zohra Rashidova
This competition marks the team’s first appearance since their successful performance at the European Championships in Luxembourg, where they claimed one gold, four silver, and three bronze medals.
National teams from 11 countries have registered to participate in the World Cup.
