Fuzuli Mammadov, former coach of Neftchi and Azerbaijan’s U-17 national football team, may become the new head coach of Kapaz.
Idman.biz, citing fanat.az, reports that Mammadov visited Ganja this week.
It is believed that he held discussions with the management of the “yellow-blues,” who recently dismissed Adil Shukurov. Kapaz, winless in the first five rounds of the Misli Premier League, currently sits at the bottom of the table in 12th place.
Mammadov most recently managed Mingachevir in the First League. Appointed in January, he led the team to an impressive performance.
