"Qarabag" wants to sign Sambou Soumano, a forward of the French club Lorient.
Idman.biz, citing QOL.az, reports that intensive negotiations are currently underway between the parties.
The transfer is expected to be finalized within 1–2 days, as "Qarabag" must submit its Champions League registration list to UEFA by September 2.
Insider Rudi Galetti wrote on his X page that the Agdam club has offered 2.5 million euros + 500,000 euros in bonuses to the 24-year-old Senegalese player. This total package is higher than the offers made by all other clubs interested in him so far.
