Neftchi is determined to part ways with Ramil Sheydayev.
Idman.biz, citing Apasport.az, reports that the “Neftchi” head coach Samir Abasov does not want the 29-year-old forward in his squad.
However, Sheydayev himself does not agree with the termination agreement offered by the club.
In fact, Ramil still has a chance to return to the first team if he agrees to a 30–40% reduction in his salary.
If Sheydayev accepts this, his chances of being reinstated to the main squad will increase. Otherwise, his desire to return to the first team will not be fulfilled.
The player, who has been removed from Neftchi’s main squad, is currently not with the reserves and is training individually.
Ramil’s contract with Neftchi runs until June 30, 2027. Before joining the Baku club, he played for Zenit, Rubin, Trabzonspor, Zilina, Qarabag, Krylya Sovetov, Dinamo Moscow, Sabah, Buriram United, and Kocaelispor.
