Due to Qarabag Football Club qualifying for the UEFA Champions League stage, 5 million Azerbaijani manats have been allocated to the club from the President’s Reserve Fund, as provided in the 2025 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Ministry of Finance must ensure funding in the amount specified in Part 1 of this decree, and the Cabinet of Ministers must resolve issues arising from this decree.
