Turan Tovuz head coach Kurban Berdyev has once again decided to part ways with a local footballer.
Idman.biz, citing Sportinfo.az, reports that he did not want Sadiq Shafiyev in his squad.
The Western club has not included the striker, who still has a 2-year contract, on its registration list.
Local officials reportedly offered to terminate the contract of the 20-year-old forward, who earns a net salary of 2,500 AZN, by mutual agreement.
Sadiq scored 1 goal in the first half of last season. The young attacker, who found the net against Sumgayit, was loaned to Kapaz after the winter break.
Earlier, Kurban Berdyev had also put Ibrahim Ramazanov on the "blacklist." The defender, who arrived from Gabala last summer, was not registered for the new season.
