Today, the remaining four matches of the first round of the 2025/26 Iranian football championship will take place.
The national champion Tractor will host Esteghlal at home, Idman.biz reports.
The game, scheduled to start at 19:30 Baku time, will be held at the Bonyan Diesel Stadium in Tabriz.
Esteghlal finished 9th in the league last season. Tractor has won the last three encounters between the teams, including the Iranian Super Cup on August 11, with a 2:1 victory.
