Another football club has been established in Azerbaijan.
Idman.biz, citing Sport1.az, reports that a team named “Zangazur” will compete in the Regional League starting from the new season.
The club’s founder and president is Shahin Mammadov. The team will compete in the Capital and Northern zones of the Regional League. The club will host its home matches in Baku. Its main goal is to become the champion and earn promotion to the Second League.
The newly formed club has a budget exceeding 100,000 AZN. It is also noted that the Western Azerbaijan Community will support the team.
