The Senegalese footballer spent last season at Adanaspor.
The midfielder has previously played abroad in Cyprus, France, and the Netherlands.
Ciss has also represented his country at the youth national team level.
Over his career, he has appeared in 181 matches, scoring 25 goals and providing 15 assists.
