– How did the training camp in Turkiye go? What can you say about the friendly matches and the overall preparation process?
– The camp went very well. As a team, we prepared seriously both physically and tactically. We tested our strength in the friendly matches. We tried to show our best in both training and games.
– How will the changes in the squad affect the team? Which of the new signings impressed you the most in terms of potential?
– The changes in the squad can bring new energy to the team. The new signings are very important for us. I don’t want to highlight any specific player. All of them are quality and experienced footballers in their respective positions.
– In the first round of the 2025/2026 domestic championship, you will face “Imishli”. Do you think you can start the new season with a win?
– Our team is fully ready to start the new season with a victory. We know the first game will be tough, but we believe in our strength. We’ll do our best to make our fans happy.
– At the end of last season, you failed to qualify for European competitions. Do you think the team will be able to accomplish that mission this season?
– Unfortunately, we couldn’t qualify for European competitions last season. However, this season we’ll do even more to reach that goal. I believe we’ll succeed in fulfilling that task.
– What personal goals have you set for yourself in the new season? Do you believe you’ll get more playing time?
– I’m working hard in training. I want it to be a successful season both individually and for the team. Of course, one of my goals is to get more playing time. I believe I can achieve that.
– Currently, the turf at the Tovuz City Stadium is being replaced. The process of installing natural grass is expected to be completed by the end of October. Will switching from artificial to natural turf have a noticeable positive impact on Turan Tovuz’s performance?
– Of course, it will have an impact. I believe we’ll deliver better performances once we switch to natural turf.
