The fight broke out in stoppage time of the first half after a Spanish player fell to the ground during a match incident.
Betis midfielder Pablo Fornals and Como midfielder Maximo Perrone slapped each other.
While Fornals avoided a red card, Perrone was sent off. Additionally, Betis player Hector Bellerin also received a red card for arguing with the referee.
