"Kapaz" club is undergoing structural changes.
Idman.biz reports that Garay Giyasov, director of the Media and Marketing department of the Ganja-based club, stated this to Report news agency.
He said the process will be completed soon: "Structural changes are being implemented in our club. Although Namig Gadirov has left the club, he will continue to support 'Kapaz' in the new season just as he did last season. Adil Valiyev will be appointed chairman of the club’s Board of Directors instead. Farman Alizada is currently a member of the Board and oversees general affairs. Erkin Ibrahimov is also a Board member and is responsible for recruitment and formation of the main team. Afig Suleymanov remains a member of the Board. Once the structural changes are fully completed, an official statement will be issued by the club."
Kapaz finished 9th in the 2024/2025 season of the Azerbaijan Premier League.
