The experienced specialist first spoke about Qarabag’s 3-0 away victory against Shelbourne in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League: "We were all expecting a win from Qarabag. The team displayed its traditional game yesterday. The result they achieved made us happy. Although head coach Gurban Gurbanov remains modest, the team should already be thinking about the next round. I believe their opponent will be the Romanian side FCSB. It's a familiar team to us. We faced them in the group stage of the Europa League last season. Back then, the score didn’t reflect the game. We accepted the defeat. I believe Qarabag will show a great performance and get a positive result against them in the third qualifying round."
