Changes have taken place at the academy of the "Neftchi" club.
According to Idman.biz, citing Sportal.az, it is reported that new individuals have been appointed both to the position of coordinator and as head coaches for several age groups.
Among those said to have left their positions is Rashad Abdullayev, head coach of Neftchi’s reserve team. Since the news about the specialist, who has been performing his duties at a high level for years, came as a surprise, we contacted him for clarification.
Abdullayev denied the information: “We are currently in training camp. We have two training sessions a day and are working on a tight schedule. I am at work and don’t know where these rumors are coming from.”
