Neftchi has made another transfer during the summer break.
The capital club has added Cristian Costin to its squad, Idman.biz reports.
The Romanian right-back plays in the defensive flank position. Neftchi has signed a 1+1 year contract with the 27-year-old player.
Until now, Costin had only played in his home country, with his most recent club being Dinamo (Bucharest). He is a versatile player capable of playing in multiple positions.
