Emin Jafarov appointed by UEFA

Emin Jafarov, Head of AFFA’s Competitions Organization Department, has been appointed by UEFA.

He will serve as UEFA delegate for the Aktobe (Kazakhstan) vs. Sparta (Czech Republic) match in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League, scheduled for July 24, Idman.biz reports.

The match will take place at the Central Stadium in Aktobe city.
