The name of the forward Qarabag wants to sign has been revealed.
Idman.biz, citing Sport24, reports that the Azerbaijani champion is interested in 29-year-old Alen Halilovic, who currently plays for the Dutch club Fortuna Sittard.
The Agdam-based team is in talks with the forward. The player is also attracting attention from Turkiye’s Trabzonspor.
Halilovic, a product of Croatia’s Dinamo club, played 30 matches and scored 4 goals for Barcelona’s reserve team in the 2014/2015 season. Although he was part of Barcelona’s main squad in 2015/2016, he did not make a debut and was loaned to Sporting. The forward has appeared in 10 matches for the Croatian national team.
