The 31-year-old defender spoke about the team’s goals for the new season: “I’ve played under coach Adil before, so I know him well, which is why I accepted the offer. I understand his expectations. Although our squad isn’t fully complete yet, things will gradually fall into place. We will be a fighting team that plays every match for points and does everything we can to make our fans happy. Our budget might be limited, but that doesn’t mean we’ll be sitting at the bottom of the league table. Our goal is to represent Ganja with honor. Every club goes through changes. The management is working to fill the gaps left by departing players.”
The experienced defender has signed a one-year contract with Kapaz.
